The Tau Interfaith Franciscans are ordinary men and women whose faith journey and committment to embrace Lay Monasticism in service to God, do so without being affiliated to any organised ecclestical religion.
Our way of life is inspired by the teachings about Love from Jesus, known as the Cosmic Christ who was and whom we believe is the Son of God.
We are an interreligious faith community which aspires to the simple life of honouring Nature, animals and all Peoples irrespective of their backgrounds, but always with the focus on the One That Is-'Source.'
The Vision of the Tau Community will be as the effect of a rippling pool; by honouring One's Divine Flame and allowing that to burn brightly, it will spread light in the whole world.

.Though many from within the 'Established Churches' may perceive the Tau Community of Franciscans ( a humane interreligious spiritual community of ordinary men and women from all faiths embrace Lay monasticism from their own home) as being utterly 'questionable,
absurd and not religious!' We are not permissable to defend God's plans nor are we to get embroiled in defending God's work. All we can do in the face of such resentment and ridicule is to show love and forgiveness for their misguided trust as when God invites the soul to embrace Divine Love, who are we to condemn?
Many believe that it cannot be done! But, if we are true to our hearts, God's Spirit gives the soul seeker of truth the strength to surrender their lives and thereby embrace ridicule and criticism as all part of the faith journey experience.
The vision of the Tau Community given by God to our hearts is a vision for a world who have lost sight of God where political correctness and abuse of God's powers have alienated many from a God of Love. Our position is not to preach God but demonstrate God's love in action by 'Walking Gid;s Talk.' Brother Sean
