Being an enclosed Lay Monastic Interfaith Franciscan 'modern day' monk in a monastery without walls is not an excuse to hide, or even run away from life's pressures!. Nor, is it an escuse to avoid facing one's own vulnerability. The choice to surrender their heart to God is a choice made in love aware of one's limitations whilst not trying to be anything other than oneself. It is a spiritual journey which fosters a complete rethink about where one is at in one's interpersonal relationships with self- with family and friends and more importantly, with one's God
Once we begin this sacred journey there is no going back becasue once we taste the inner joy and peace from living a simple life in service to Source, there is nothing else that truly matters.

WHAT DOES A MEMBER OF THE TAU COMMUNITY DO?
Some souls pray a great deal, but do not love. This is not unity to God. This is unity to prayer. But the goal of prayer is unity with all the we have been taught through the ancient teachings of Christ, Mohammed and Abraham . God is love. Prayer brings us to love, to softer hearts, to forgiveness and patient service to others.
In a world where many are searching for God but scared to ask for fear of being ridiculed by family or friends, here we befriend anyone who is hungry for a spiritual diet based on God's Love. That love is not compromised by centuries of clerics who have abused God's word to suit their own agenda or ego. It is a love that inspires the soul to embrace Fellowship with likeminded souls seeking to replace the void in their hearts with inner peace without the contstraints of feeling 'unworthy or useless.' We are a Spiritual Monastic Community of Interfaith Franciscan who follow the spirit of St. Francis in a life of prayer behind closed doors. We are empowered to silence our lips and ears and allow God enrich our heart-our soul-our ministry with His pure love.

Today, I believe that God is performing yet another first class miracle through His vision for the integration of all faith communities to 'Walk God's Talk' by inviting men and women from the interreligious faith community to covenant their lives by embracing a life of simplicity and prayer for global Harmony, Peace and Compassion for everyone.
If in doubt, always follow the golden rule of the spiritual /monastic life by firstly honouring what your heart is saying-not your head!
